Credible has two major production bases, one located in Hangzhou, China and the other is in Hai Duong,Vietnam.

- Hangzhou Production Base
- The Hangzhou manufacturing facility covers an area of 55,000 square meters and has the capability to produce a range of products including sanitary pads, sanitary liners, urinary incontinence, adult diapers, adult pull-ups, adult and baby bed mats, pet mats, etc. The combined annual output of the Hangzhou factory is 10 billion pieces.

- Vietnam Production Base
- The Hai Duong factory in Vietnam spans an area of 80,000 square meters and is equipped to produce items such as sanitary pads, sanitary liners, urinary incontinence, adult diapers, adult pull-ups, adult and baby bed mats, pet mats, etc. The annual production capacity for this facility is 13 billion pieces.
Production Management Organization
Credible has a stable and experienced production and operational team. About 30 members of the equipment technical team have over ten years of industry experience. Furthermore, approximately 20 production managers have more than five years of professional background, and around 60 equipment operators have more than ten years of hands-on experience in their roles.

Manufacturing Environment
The manufacturing workshop is designed and built in strict accordance with GMP standards and has passed the C class (100,000 class) clean workshop certification
Manufacturing Equipment
More than twenty full servo and automatic production lines, including eight lines for producing incontinence products, eight for sanitary pads, five for sanitary liners, three for bed mats, and two for adult diapers.

- Performance Indicator Management
- Credible takes the production management goal as the guidance, with the safety goal and consumer complaint rate, production efficiency OEE, delay rate, waste rate, and other indicators as the starting points, then through target management, real-time analysis and continuous improvement, to share management results with customers and provide customers with market competitiveness products and services, so as to achieve mutual benefit and win-win cooperation.

- Process Standardization Management
- Establish process standards, SOP, troubleshooting guidelines, rapid grade change guidelines, etc., for each critical link in manufacturing. The process standardization document will be reviewed regularly to optimize and guide operators to standardize the operation continuously.

- Production and Operation Team Management
- We establish and consistently assess the roles and responsibilities for each position within production and operations. We then match the most qualified individuals to the appropriate roles based on the job's demands, thereby optimizing talent utilization.

- 5S Management
- Periodically identify the quality risk of foreign impurities in critical parts of the production equipment and formulate the hygiene and cleaning standards, methods, frequency, and responsible persons for each key role according to the risk identification list. Locate all items on the production site, establish 5S checklist (including PPE wearing and dressing standards of employees), and conduct inspection and management for each shift.
