  1. Energy saving and emission reduction

    Redible is committed to energy conservation, emission reduction, and resource recycling. By installing solar photovoltaic panels on the workshop roof, we effectively conserve resources such as water, electricity, and coal, while also diminishing waste gas emissions. The photovoltaic technology allows us to save 1.572 million kWh of electricity annually, which translates to a reduction of 158 kilograms of CO2 emissions and the conservation of 630 kilograms of precious clean water.

  2. Zero-emission Pollution-free Low-energy

    In response to climate change, Credible has constructed its factory adhering to the principles of "zero-emission, pollution-free, and low-energy". We have engaged third-party organizations to conduct comprehensive testing of our "three wastes" (waste water, waste gas, and solid waste) to ensure environmental standards. Our consistent efforts have resulted in a track record where every test has confirmed that our operations have not imposed any adverse environmental effects on the surrounding ecosystem or the local community.

    Credible enforces a comprehensive garbage classification system within its operations. We partner with certified and reputable companies to manage and process all varieties of garbage and solid waste. This collaboration ensures that waste is handled responsibly and there is no occurrence of secondary pollution during the transportation and disposal process, thereby safeguarding the environment.

Educational Support

Credible supports its employees by offering them avenues to advance their educational credentials, pursue vocational training, and engage in job skills development. These opportunities are designed to improve their competencies in current roles, grasp more promotion opportunities, and remain competitive within the company and in the broader societal context.

Educational Welfare

Employees receive their regular compensation throughout the training period. Additionally, the company covers various expenses associated with their professional development, including the accommodation and transportation costs for off-site training, the tuition fees for educational advancement, funds for research and textual analysis, rewards for evidence collection, and subsidies for obtaining and maintaining specialized qualifications.

Cultivation Achievements

Within the current workforce, over 30% hold a college degree or higher, and of this group, more than 10% have achieved their college degree through on-the-job education programs. The company offers a subsidy ranging from 50% to 70% for employees who pursue further education and successfully pass their exams.

Over 10% of Credible's workforce has acquired skill certifications through a variety of training initiatives, showcasing a strong level of overall proficiency. Starting in 2022, the company initiated its own recognition program for skilled professionals. By 2023, the number of employees who have earned intermediate and advanced skill certificates has surpassed 100.

Since its establishment, the company has internally trained more than 30 management staff, over 10 research and development specialists, and in excess of 300 technical operatives.
